Julius Mukunda

Mr. Mukunda is an Economist with over 15 years of experience managing Economic Governance, Budget Transparency and Accountability programs in Uganda. He has extensively advocated for Prudent Public finance reforms in Uganda and is a campaigner for social justice. He has served on various bodies including the Leveraging Excellence in Agriculture Development (LEAD) Programme in Uganda, the African Health Budget Network (AHBN), represented Africa on the World Bank Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) Working Group. Currently serves the Public Expenditure Management Committee PEMCOM), National Gender and Equity Budget Taskforce, Budget Transparency Initiative, Chair of the Non-State Actos task force on service delivery excellence awards for MDAs and LGs and also Member to the National Steering Committee of the Civil Society in Uganda Support Program (CUSP)
