INVITATION FOR INITIAL SELECTION FOR PROVIDERS SERVICES AND SUPPLIES

The Civil Society Budget Advocacy Group (CSBAG) would like to enhance operational efficiency through building long-term relationships, quality assurance, cost management, and timely service delivery. The selected suppliers and service providers will be awarded a framework agreement for the provision of various goods and services in the following Categories;

Conference and workshop facilities, printing and publications, travel and car hires, vehicle repairs, ICT services, documentation, Audio and visual production, supplies, and event management.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Company profile with physical address, contact details, and brief background
2. Copy of Certificate of Registration or Incorporation
3. Valid Trading License for 2025
4. Valid VAT registration Certificate
5. Bank account details in the name of the business
6. Quotation or rate card (where applicable)
7. Proof of similar assignments or contracts undertaken in the last three years (attach at least three recommendation letters)

Interested firms or individuals should submit their Expression of Interest clearly marked “Application for Prequalification under Framework Agreement – Category (specify category)” to:
