CALL FOR PROPOSALS: PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR CSBAG STAFF

  1. Introduction

The Civil Society Budget Advocacy Group (CSBAG) is seeking a qualified and experienced training provider to deliver comprehensive procurement and logistics training for our staff. The training aims to enhance our team’s capacity to solve procurement and logistics challenges. Training Objectives:

  1. Equip CSBAG staff with advanced procurement planning strategies
  2. Develop a sound understanding of procurement principles and practices to be able to contribute to the organization
  3. Best procurement practices for the organization

2. Scope of Work:

DurationThe training program not take more than 10 days
Mode of Delivery:The training can be conducted either in-person or virtually, depending on the provider’s capabilities and CSBAG’s needs.
ParticipantsApproximately 25 staff members from various departments within CSBAG.
 LocationKampala or Entebbe, Uganda

3. Requirements:

-Proven track record in providing procurement and logistics training to similar organizations.

-Ability to customize the training content to meet the specific needs of CSBAG.

-Strong communication and facilitation skills.

-Availability to deliver the training within the specified timeframe.

4. Application Process:

Interested providers should submit the following:

  1. A detailed proposal outlining the training plan, methodology, and timeline.
  2. Profiles of trainers, including their qualifications and relevant experience.
  3. Examples of previous training sessions conducted, including client references.
  4. Cost Estimate: Detailed budget breakdown, including training fees, materials, and any additional costs.
  5. References: Contact information for at least two previous clients who can attest to the quality of the training provided.

 16th August 2024
