for the country since 2010. She has been very instrumental and involved in capacity building for CSOs, parliamentarians, and donor Agencies in budget analysis and undertaken a number of reviews and analysis of both the local and national budgets in Uganda.
Ms. Angella Nabwowe is a human rights advocate and communication for development practitioner. She possesses vast experience in social and economic rights (education, health, social security), business and human rights, transitional justice, forced migration and use of regional and international human rights mechanisms for advocacy. She has mastered skills in strategic communication, human rights research and advocacy, grant writing/ fundraising and vision planning.
Mr. Charles Mulozi Olweny is a development practitioner and leader in development, with leadership roles in civil society and NGOs, he’s dedicated to justice, activism, and challenging unequal power dynamics. He actively fosters equal opportunities and amplifies the voices of women and marginalized citizens for shared prosperity.
Julius Kapwepwe is a Development Aid Policy Specialist and a Pan-African, with over 14 years of hands-on experience in managing Economic Governance and Social Justice programming.

Mr. Mukunda is an Economist with over 15 years of experience managing Economic Governance, Budget Transparency and Accountability programs in Uganda. He has extensively advocated for Prudent Public finance reforms in Uganda and is a campaigner for social justice. He has served on various bodies including the Leveraging Excellence in Agriculture Development (LEAD) Programme in Uganda, the African Health Budget Network (AHBN), represented Africa on the World Bank Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) Working Group. Currently serves the Public Expenditure Management Committee PEMCOM), National Gender and Equity Budget Taskforce, Budget Transparency Initiative, Chair of the Non-State Actos task force on service delivery excellence awards for MDAs and LGs and also Member to the National Steering Committee of the Civil Society in Uganda Support Program (CUSP)
